Behind this inspirational business are two highly driven local Devon women with many years under their belts working in leisure, tourism and hospitality in Devon, who made the very most of lockdown.

Lulu & Mandy understood the market and the pressure many of their friends with independent businesses were under. So they decided to build a supportive network so that all businesses could benefit when the tourism trade returned to Devon. The business was inspired by the desire to bring local businesses together after the pandemic and signpost tourists to all the amazing and wonderful things you can do with local businesses. Their shop local campaign has caught the imagination of many holidaymakers who are keen to be part of keeping the Devon high streets and hospitality businesses alive. The Devon Concierge Club works in close partnership with their accommodation providers so that once you’ve booked your accommodation the next thing you do is book all your activities.
